1. We ask for a $500.00 deposit per puppy. This is
non-refundable!. Sorry no refund on DEPOSITS!
Deposits are partial payments toward the purchase price of your
puppy/dog.
2. Puppies can only be picked up when paid in full, Sorry no exceptions!
3. Sorry NO REFUNDS of any kind!
4. We accept Credit Cards, Western Union,
bank transfers, money orders,personal
checks. (note: personal checks and certified
checks have to have time to clear the bank, before you can pick up your
puppy or puppy will be shipped. NSF checks are charged $50.00 plus any
and all charges to me from this transaction problem...)
5. If you can't have your puppy paid for in that length of time, please
make arrangements with us about this. I'm sure we can work something out
to help. Puppies are ready to learn and need socialization with their NEW
families. Give your puppy lots of attention and affection. If you have no
experience with this breed, we urge you to read the articles from
www.PetPlace.com and any other information regarding the English Bulldog
breed. If your puppy is ready to go to his/her new home then he/she must
be paid in full within 5 days unless other arrangements have been made
via written by e-mail otherwise we will charge $10.00 per day for
boarding your puppy.
Our puppies are crate trained to try to help with house breaking for you.Puppies & dogs play rough sometimes they will
get scratches, cuts, and other things that normal dogs get. They play in
dirt, in the sand, and in the grass. They love it when you rake up the
leaves so they can jump in the pile. They are the same as small children
getting scrapes and bruises.
6. Buyer(s) agree that the Seller is not to be held liable for any
acts of said puppy, regardless
Shipping:
We will be responsible for putting the puppy on the flight. Once the
airline has your puppy I am no longer responsible. I will do what I can
to help if there is a problem with the airline & the shipping of your
puppy. All shipping expenses are paid by you (the buyer, reguardless). When shipped, your puppy will be sent
in a airline approved shipping crate. In that
crate there will be water and food for your puppy. A shipping Kennel and
USDA Veterinarian Health Certificate for shipping,Health certificate is from a certified
veterinarian. All of these are the papers necessary for your puppy to be
shipped and travel across state lines. These papers will be provided to
the airline for the shipping of your puppy. Shipping is done through pet
safe transport only! Only major International airports that support live
animal shipments are accepted for transport. We do not ship where
originating and connecting airport temperatures exceed 85 degrees
Fahrenheit at times of departure, therefore,
shipments can only be done early in the morning when this case applies.
During these warm climates we reserve the right to ship at a schedule
that permits us to ship the puppy. If you wish to drive and meet us we
can meet you by car (no more than a 3 hour drive for us in one direction)
there is a $200 fee for this drive if you prefer to do this instead of
shipping. The cost for shipping will vary between
$200.00 - $250.00 in the USA.
Please contact us if you want the puppy shipped out of the country. This
does cover all the expenses listed above. We only use major airlines to
ship our puppies priority, these airlines mentioned above are
airlines we have used previous and have checked out extensively. We also
ask once you receive your puppy to let us know it's
condition and that it has arrived in: a clean crate with food and water
given at the appropriate times. All your health records are being sent
with your puppy and some paperwork will be mailed to the address that the
puppy has been shipped too (for your vet). If you have an imported puppy
it can take several months for the paperwork to come on show and breeder
quality puppies from Overseas. When your paperwork does come from
Overseas, I will fill everything out and send it ASAP in the post.We sell three types of
puppies here at Bulldogs in the pines: Show quality, Breeder Quality, Pet
quality puppies. Please let us know what quality puppy you would like.(THIS
HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PUPPY, ALL PUPPIES ARE OF THE
SAME GREAT QUALITY THEY JUST DON'T HAVE FULL BREEDING RIGHTS TO THE PUPPY
WHEN HE OR SHE IS PET QUALITY.IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A BREEDER OR SHOW
QUALITY PUPPY THIS IS A EXTRA FEE WHEN PURCHASING YOUR PUPPY.ALL PUPPIES
WILL BE SOLD AS PET QUALITY IF NOT TOLD OTHERWISE.
Prior to shipping your puppy I will send you all flight information,
airline name, along with flight number and arrival time. I also will send
you a reminder the day before your puppy ships with some instructions and
things you might want to bring with you to pick up the puppy or I will
call you. I will also e-mail you all flight information, airline name,
along with flight number and arrival time. If your puppy is shipped per
request ASAP, I of coarse do not have time to e-mail all this
information, I will call you and get the information to you by phone.
